BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract of Black Hawk Plumbing Company, Water-
loo, Iowa, for the 600 Block North Barclay Street Sanitary Ser-
vice Relocation, Section II - Plumbing - Parts A, B, C, Contract
No. 194, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa , signed on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of
the 14th day of April , 1980 , together with the accompanying bond
for the faithful performance of said contract signed by the Mer-
chants Mutual Bonding Company, of Des Moines, Iowa, as surety
thereon, be, and the same are hereby, approved .
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1980.
