RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE I-380 AND FREEWAY 520 INTERCHANGE AND OTHER RELATED ROADWAY
WORK IN THE VICINITY, AGREEMENT NO. 80-3-017 FOR PROJECT NO.
I-F-380-7(25 & 38) 315--OF-07 WITH THE IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANS-
PORTATION AND AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Cooperative Agreement No. 80-3-017, for Project No. I-F-380-7 (25 & 38)
315--OF-07, between Iowa Department of Transportation and City of Waterloo,
Iowa, dated April 14, 1980 for construction of I-380 and Freeway 520 Inter-
change and other related roadway work in the vicinity, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1980.
