FOR SERVICES FOR DRY RUN CREEK FLOOD CONTROL WORKS , LIBERTY PARK IMPROVEMENTS , CONTRACT NO . 99A, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY. WHEREAS , Peterson Contractors , Inc. , Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered services in connection with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works , Liberty Park Improvements , Contract No. 99A in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said services , rendered by the said Peterson Contractors , Inc . , as shown in their statement dated April 1, 1980 , is $5 , 409 . 00, now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That Peterson Contractors , Inc . , be paid the sum of $5 , 409 . 00 being payment for the statement dated April 1, 1980 , on said contract for services rendered in connection with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works , Liberty Park Improvements , Contract No. 99A, in the City of Waterloo , Iowa , and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said Peterson Contractors , Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
