RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE
NO . 2 DATED APRIL 8 , 1980 FROM LEHMAN TRUCKIINIG
& EXCAVATING, INC . FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL
FURNISHED FOR SANS SOUCI DRIVE SANITARY SEWER
PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 192 , AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS , Lehman Trucking & Excavating , Inc. , Waterloo , Iowa,
has performed work and furnished materials in connection with the
Sans Souci Drive Sanitary Sewer Program, Contract No. 192, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said services rendered
by the said Lehman Trucking & Excavating, Inc . , as shown on Engineer ' s
statement dated April 8 , 1980 , is $19 , 523 . 77 , now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA :
That Lehman Trucking & Excavating, Inc. , be paid the sum of $19 , 523 . 77
being payment for the statement dated April 8 , 1980, on said contract
for services rendered in connection with the Sans Souci Drive Sanitary
Sewer Program, Contract No . 192 , in the City of Waterloo , Iowa, and
the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered,
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to the said Lehman Trucking & Excavating, Inc . , of Waterloo ,
I owa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April, 1980.
