RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE
NO. 6 DATED APRIL 10, 1980 FROM PETERSON CONTRACTORS ,
INC . FOR WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED FOR
DRY RUN CREEK FLOOD CONTROL WORKS , CONTRACT NO . 99C
AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY .
WEEREAS , Peterson Contractors , Inc . , Reinbeck, Iowa, has per-
formed work and furnished materials in connection with the Dry Run
Creek Flood Control Works , Contract No . 99C, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS , the amount of the cost for said services rendered by
the said Peterson Contractors , Inc , as shown on Engineer ' s statement
dated April 10 , 1980 , is $5 ,016. 05, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Peterson Contractors , Inc. , be paid the sum of $5, 016. 05 being
payment for the statement dated April 10 , 1980, on said contract for
services rendered in connection with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control
Works , Contract No . 99C, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the
Finance Director, be , and he is hereby , authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to the said Peterson Contractors , Inc . , of Reinbeck, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April, 1980 .
