RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED DECEMBER 4, 1979 FROM SEE ELECTRIC, INC. ,
FOR ESTIMATES FOR SECTION 3 & 4, OF CONTRACT NO.
175, PHASE I, URBAN DEVELOPMENT :ACTION GRANT PRO-
JECT, AND :AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ,ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, See Electric, Inc. , Waterloo, Iowa, has rendered
estimates in connection with Sections 3 & 4 of Contract No. 175,
Phase I, Urban Development Action Grant , in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said estimates, rendered
by the said See Electric, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated
December 4, 1979, is $6, 731 .09, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA;
That See Electric, Inc. , be paid the sum of $6, 731 .09 being pay-
ment for the statement dated December 4, 1979, on said contract
for estimates rendered in connection with Sections 3 & 4 of Con-
tract No. 175, Phase I, Urban Development Action Grant Project ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and
he is hereby, authorized , empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said See
Electric, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of April , 1980.
