RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH TERRACON
CONSULTANTS, INC. AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 19, 2010, at a cost of
$1,900.00, for environmental assessment of the former Rath
Maintenance and Cooper buildings as part of the property transfer
with Crystal Distribution, by and between Terracon Consultants,
Inc. of Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 2010.
