BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That, WHEREAS, The aterloo -t;ter ':.ores made written application to the City Council asking that be authorized and permitted to construct one temporary concrete driveway at- 1111 W. Ridgeway !.venue without respect to a permanent sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on See Exhibit (<) known as 3131 Ridaewav Avenue ; and WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted, now, therefore, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to The ��atcrloo ,,eater `;nr s to construct one tem.cnrry concrete driveway at 3131 W.
