BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO , IOWA,
that the contract of Cedar Valley Corporation, of Waterloo , Iowa
for F .Y. 1980 Paving Program No . 1 , Contract No . 176 in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 21st day of June, 1980 ,
together with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance
of said contract signed by the Hartford Insurance Co. & U. S . Fire
Insurance Co. , as surety thereon, be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of April, 1980.
