RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED SITE y-
PLAN FOR GRACE LUTHERAN CHURCH. CO
WHEREAS, Grace Lutheran Church has proposed that the Coun-

cif of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a revised site plan ,;;

for an educational wing for Grace Lutheran Church located at the '
intersection of West 7th and .Allen Streets and legally described:*

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on April 28, 1980, at
7 :00 P.M. in the Council Chambers in City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa,
as provided by law, by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
on the proposal to approve said above mentioned revised site plan,
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said revised
site plan should be approved as proposed , now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the revised site plan for an educational wing for Grace
Lutheran Church located at the intersection of West 7th and Allen
Streets, be and the same is hereby approved .
Passed and adopted this 28th day of April , 1980 , approved
by the Mayor this 28th day of April , 1980.
