RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING,
MAINTAINING AND GOVERNING A BLACK HAWK COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE
INFORMATION SYSTEM WITH THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE BLACK
HAWK COUNTY CRIMINAL JUSTICE INFORMATION SYSTEM AND AUTHORIZING
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Agreement for the purpose of establishing, maintaining and governing
a Black Hawk County Criminal Justice Information System with the

Directors of the Black Hawk County Criminal Justice Information System,

approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same
in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
