RESOLUTION APPRCNING THE CONTRACT ,AND
BOND OF CHRISTENSEN BROS. , INC. , OF
CHEROKEE, IOWA, FOR SHAULIS ROAD BRIDGE,
PROJECT NO. M-6470 (1) --81-07, CONTRACT
NO. 200.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OR WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract of Christensen Bros. , Inc. , of Cherokee,
Iowa, for Shaulis Road Bridge, Contract No. M-6470 (1) --81-07 ,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City Clerk as of the 28th
day of April , 1980 , together with the accompanying bond for the
faithful performance of said contract signed by the Firemen' s
Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey, as surety thereon, be,
and the same are hereby, approved .
Passed and adopted this 28th day of April , 1980.
