A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FROM THE FEDERAL REVENUE
SHARING FUND THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE
THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY TWO DOLLARS ($ 385,672.00)
TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS, the City Council passed the 1979-1980 Fiscal
Budget on March 1, 1979 allocating $ 385,672.00 for Police
Salaries within the General Fund, and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that a transfer be made for the
amount of $ 385,672.00 from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund
to the General Fund, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be instructed
to certify a copy of this Resolution to the City Treasurer of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in order that said transfer be made.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of April, 1980.
