RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EMPLOYMENT OF THE FIRM OF
CHAPMAN & CUTLER, BONDING ATTORNEYS, TO INITIATE
PROCEEDINGS FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $2,530,000
CORPORATE PURPOSE BONDS.
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa:
That, the firm of Chapman & Cutler, Bonding Attorneys of 111 West
Monroe Street, Chicago, Illinois, be authorized to prepare the necessary
legal proceedings for the issuance and sale of $2,530,000 Corporate Purpose
Bonds.
Passed and adopted this 28th day of April , 1980.
