RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $8, 831 .68
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
ROBERT D. WILSON, OFFICER, WATERLOO POLICE
DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on t'he 30th day of April , 1980, Robert D. Wilson
will retire as officer of the Waterloo Police Department in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Robert D. Wilson has accumulated 113 day of sick
leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Robert D. Wilson has earned and is entitled to
30 days vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Robert D. Wilson, be paid the total amount of $8, 831 .68,
being payment in full f o^ above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Robert D. Wilson.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 28th day of April ,
1980, approved by the Mayor on 28th day of April, 1980.
