RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF WATERLOO TO PROCEED WITH THE
ISSUANCE AND SALE OF $2,530,000 CORPORATE PURPOSE BONDS AND
DIRECTING THE CITY FINANCE DIRECTOR TO BEGIN PROCEEDINGS FOR
THE BOND SALE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That, the City of Waterloo proceed with the issuance and sale of
$2,530,000 Corporate Purpose Bonds and directing the City Finance Director
to begin proceedings for the bond sale.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of May, 1980.
