RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $202.16 VACATION
PAY TO KENNETH R. BURRINGTON, JR.
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of April , 1980, Kenneth R. Burrington, Jr.
resigned as Animal Control Officer in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Kenneth R. Burrington, Jr. has earned and is entitled to
38 hours vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
Kenneth R. Burrington, Jr. be paid the total amount of $202.16 being pay-
ment in full for above mentioned earned vacation, and that the Finance
Director be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to Kenneth R.
Burrington , Jr.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 5th day of May, 1980, approved
by the Mayor on 5th day of May, 1980.
