A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONDEMNATION OF
PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY FOR THE ELM DRIVE
SANITARY SEWER.
WHEREAS , the City of Waterloo, has undertaken the construction
the Elm Drive Sanitary Sewer, of
Contract No. 176 , and the parcels of land
hereinafter described are needed for the proposed construction and
avenues of verbal negotiations have been exercised regarding all
and g ing said parcels ,
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described real e
is necessary in connection with the said Elm Drive SanitarySewer.prop rty
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the following describedparcels
acquired by condemnation in the manner provided of real property be
by law, and such other
further action as may be necessary to effect acquisition.

Permanent Easement : Auditor Whitney Road plat Castle Hill
Waterloo west 16. 5 feet of the south 1 acre
Lot 66
Temporary Easement : Auditor Whitney Road plat Castle Hill
Waterloo the east 5 feet of the west 21. 5
feet of the south 1 acre Lot 66
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this
