RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE NO. 1
DATED APRIL 30, 1980 FROM CEDAR VALLEY CORPORATION, FOR
WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED FOR F.Y. 1980 PAVING
PROGRAM NO. 1 , CONTRACT NO. 176, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation, Waterloo, Iowa, has performed work
and furnished materials in connection with the F.Y. 1980 Paving Program No.
1 , Contract No. 176, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the said
Cedar Valley Corporation, as shown on Engineer's statement dated April 30,
1980, is $18,279.99, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Cedar Valley Corporation, be paid the sum of $18,279.99 being payment
for the statement dated April 30, 1980, on said contract for services ren-
dered in connection with the F.Y. 1980 Paving Program No. 1 , Contract No.
176, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is
hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to the said Cedar Valley Corporation,
of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of May, 1980.
