RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
APRIL 21 , 1980 FROM SOIL EXPLORATION COMPANY FOR SERVICES
RENDERED FOR SHAULIS ROAD GRADING AND PAVING PROJECT
M-6470(2)--81-07, CONTRACT NO. 201 , AND AUTHORIZING PAY-
MENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Soil Exploration Company, St. Paul , Minnesota, has rendered
services in connection with the Shaulis Road Grading and Paving Project
M-6470(2)--81-07, Contract No. 201 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by the said
Soil Exploration Company, as shown in their statement dated April 21 , 1980,
is $400.00, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Soil Exploration Company, be paid the sum of $400.00 being payment for
the statement dated April 21 , 1980, on said contract for services rendered
in connection with the Shaulis Road Grading and Paving Project M-6470(2)--
81-07, Contract No. 201 , in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director., be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said Soil
Exploration Company, of St. Paul , Minnesota.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of May, 1980.
