RESOLUTION APPROVING SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
RELEASE WITH MANATT'S INC. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Settlement Agreement and Release dated January 19, 2010,
for the vacation and relocation of River Road adjacent to the
property at 84 West Mullan Avenue, by and between Manatt's Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of January, 2010.
