RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING QUIT
CLAIM DEED FOR PART OF BLOCK 80, RIVER-
VIEW ADDITION AND DIRECTING THE RECORD-
ING OF SAME.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOW'.A, That the Quit Claim Deed, dated May 9, 1980, from Ellen
G. Harris, conveying unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain
real property described as follows:
All of Lots 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and 22,
except that part commencing at the southwest corner
of Lot No. Twenty (20) ; thence northeasterly to a
point on the south line of Lot No. Fourteen (14) that
is sixty-five (65) feet west of the southeast corner
of said Lot No. Fourteen (14) ; thence west to the
southwest corner of said Lot No. Fourteen (14) ; thence
south to the point of beginning, all in Block No. Eighty
(80) in Riverview .ddition in the City of Waterloo, Black
Hawk County, Iowa.
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of May, 1980, approved
by the Mayor on 19th day of May, 1980.
