RESOLUTION ADOPTING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND
SCHEDULE, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR THE
F.Y. 1980 OILING PROGRAM, CONTRACT NO. 204.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer to prepare proposed
plat and schedule of assessment for the F.Y. 1980 Oiling Pro-
gram, Contract No. 204, in said City, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer has completed the preparation of
said proposed plat and schedule of assessment so far as the
same relate to the F.Y. 1980 Oiling Program, Contract No. 204,
and has placed the same on file with the City Clerk of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, and after examination and due con-
sideration thereof by this Council , the same appear to be in
compliance with the order of this Council and suitable for the
purpose intended; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
I OWA:
Section 1 - That said proposed plat and schedule of assess-
ment for the F .Y. 1980 Oiling Program, Contract No. 204, be, and
the same are hereby approved and ordered placed on file for pub-
lic examination.
Section 2 - That the 9th day of June, 1980 at 7 :00 o' clock
P .M. in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, is fixed as the time and place for hearing on
said proposed plat and schedule of assessment .
Section 3 - That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized and instructed to publish the necessary notice as required
by law.
Passed and adopted this 19th day of May, 1980.
