RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CANCELLATIONS OF CERTIFICATE NOS.
05-39264, 05-39331 AND REVISION OF CERTIFICATE NO. 05-39263
UNDER 1979 PAVING PROGRAM, NO. 1 , CONTRACT NO. 166, AND AUTH-
ORIZING REFUNDS ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, is desirous of
cancelling Certificate No. 05-39264, 05-39331 and revising Certificate No.
05-39263 under 1979 Paving Program No. 1 , Contract No. 166, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the amounts of adjusted assessments and conditional deficiencies levied under
certificates #05-39264 and #05-39331 of the 1979 Paving Program No. 1 , Contract
No. 166, be and the same are hereby cancelled and Certificate No. 05-39263 is
revised from $393.77 to $1 ,072.95 for the adjusted assessment and from
$816.26 to $2,853.76 for the conditional deficiency, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and he is hereby directed to
notify the County Auditor of the cancellation of Certificate Numbers 05-39264,
05-39331 and the revision of Certificate No. 05-39263 under 1979 Paving Program
No. 1 , Contract No. 166.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of May, 1980, approved by the Mayor this
28th day of May, 1980.
