RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED MAY 20, 1980
FROM BRICE, PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR SERVICES FOR
W. RIDGEWAY AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT, FEDERAL PROJECT NO.
M-6500(504) 81-07, CONTRACT NO. 12, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORD-
INGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered
services in connection with the W. Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project,
Federal Project No. M-6500(504)81-07, Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services, rendered by the said
Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated May 20,
1980, is $4,098.84, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $4,098.84 being
payment for the statement dated May 20, 1980, on said contract for services
rendered in connection with the W. Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Project,
Federal Project No. M-6500(504) 81-07, Contract No. 12, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and
ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the
said Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of May, 1980.
