WHEREAS, Brice Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered
services in connection with the W. Ridgeway Avenue Street Project, Phase II, o
LA
Federal Project No. M-6500(2)--81-07, Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo;
Iowa, and =. 0 —., an, LD U y:
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services, rendered by the said
Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated May 20,
1980, is $22,681 .08, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $22,681 .08 being
payment for the statement dated May 20, 1980, on said contract for services
rendered in connection with the W. Ridgeway Avenue Street Project, Phase II ,
Federal Project No. M-6500(2)--81-07, Contract No. 165, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates , Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of May, 1980.
