RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED MAY 20 , 1980 FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , FOR SERVICES
FOR TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS FOR HARDEES a
RESTAURANT, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT AC-
CORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered services in connection with the Traffic
Investigations for Hardees' Restaurant , in the City of Water-
loo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services, rend-
ered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , as shown
in their statement dated May 20, 1980, is $341 . 21 , now, there-
fore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
I OWA: That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $341 . 21 being payment for the statement dated May 20,
1980, on said contract for services rendered in connection
with the Traffic Investigations for Hardees' Restaurant , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and
he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a
warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the
said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of May, 1980.
