WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services, rendered _

by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , as shown in their statement
dated May 20, 1980 is $16,561 .57, now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $16,561 .57 being
payment for the statement dated May 20, 1980, on said contract for engineering
services rendered in connection with the Shaulis Road Improvements - Bridge -
Federal Project No. M-6470(1 )--81-07, Contract #200, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of May, 1980.
