RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED MAY 20, 1980 FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES & .ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS ,
FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR SHAULIS ROAD
IMPROVEMENTS - PAVING - FEDERAL PROJECT NO.
M-6470 (2) --81-07, Contract No. 201, AND AUTH-
ORIZING PAYMENT :ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connect-
ion with the Shaulis Road Improvements - Paving - Federal Pro-
ject No. M-6470 (2) --81-07, Contract No. 201, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of t'he cost for said engineering ser-
vices, rendered by the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated May 20, 1980, is $73, 981. 54,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF -4.-TERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $73, 981. 54 being payment for the statement dated May
20, 1980, on said contract for engineering services rendered
in connection with the Shaulis Road Improvements - Paving -
-
Federal Project No. M-6470 (2) --81-07, Contract No. 201 , in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be,
and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw
a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to
the said Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo,
Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 27th day of May, 1980,
