A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE
OF HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFI-
CATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE
OF COST FOR THE NHS QUINCY AND MANSON
PAVING PROGRAM NO. 1 IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF CONSTRUCT-
ION BIDS THEREFORE, CONTRACT NO. 202,
AS JUNE 16, 1980 AT 7:00 P.M. IN COUNCIL
CHAMBERS OF CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7 :00 P.M. , on the 16th day of June,
1980, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed
plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost
for the NHS Quincy and Manson Paving Program No. 1 in the City
of Waterloo and the taking of construction bids therefore, Con-
tract No. 202.
Section 2 - That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier,
Passed and adopted this 27th day of May, 1980.
