VACATION PAY AND ONE WEEK'S PAY TO KEVIN .4z CD c< 7-7

WHEREAS, on the 19th day of May, 1980, Kevin E . Edler re- - �
signed as an employee of the Electrical Department , and = ^ CV
WHEREAS, Kevin E . Edler has accumulated 5 days of regular
pay and is entitled to payment for same, and o

WHEREAS, Kevin E . Edler has earned and is entitled to one
week vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Kevin E . Edler be paid the total amount of $750.00,
being payment in full for above mentioned vacation pay and earned
regular time, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized , empowered and ordered to drew a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Kevin E. Edler.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 27th day of May, 1980,
approved by the Mayor on 27th day of May, 1980 .
