RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR AN ADDITION TO
RC REALTORS LOCATED AT 346 E. RIDGEWAY AVENUE.
WHEREAS, RC Realtors has proposed that the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, approve a site plan for an addition to RC Realtors located at
346 E. Ridgeway Avenue and legally described as follows:

WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 2, 1980, at 7:00 P.M. in the
Council Chambers in City Hall , Waterloo, Iowa, as provided by law, by the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, on the proposal to approve said above
mentioned site plan, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said site plan should be
approved as proposed, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the site plan for an addition to RC Realtors located at 346 E. Ridgeway
Avenue, be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 2nd day of June, 1980, approved by the Mayor this
3rd day of June, 1980.
