RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 3 TO CONTRACT DATED NOVEMBER
27, 1973, BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND BRICE,
PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE HACKETT ROAD BY-PASS.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa and Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc.
entered into a contract on November 27, 1973, Supplemental Agreement No. 1 on
December 26, 1978, and Supplemental Agreement No. 2 on July 9, 1979; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a Contract period extension is
necessary, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to execute Supplemental Agreement
No. 3 to Contract dated November 27, 1973 between the City of Waterloo, Iowa
and Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. for engineering services in conjunction
with the Hackett Road By-Pass.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of June, 1980.
