RESOLUTION .APPROVING PAYMENT OF $2, 654. 78
ACCUMULATED SICK LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO
JOSEPH S. WEISSMAN, EMPLOYEE OF THE COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BOARD.
WHEREAS, on the 30th day of May, 1980, Joseph S . Weissman
retired as Land Agent for the Community Development Board in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Joseph S. Weissman has accumulated 345. 5 hours
of sick leave and is entitled to payment for same, and
WHEREAS,, Joseph S. Weissman has earned and is entitled to
30 hours vacation pay, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that Joseph S. Weissman be paid the total amount of $2, 654.78,
being payment in full for above mentioned sick leave and earned
vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he is hereby,
authorized,, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly
for said sum and deliver the same to Joseph S. Weissman.
Passed and adopted by City Council on 9th day of June, 1980 ,
approved by the Mayor on 9th day of June, 1980.
