RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE A MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
FOR TWO-WAY RADIO SERVICE WITH IOWA RADIO SERVICE, INC. FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1980-1981 .
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo requires the service repair of its two-way
radios, and
WHEREAS, formal bids have been received,
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has reviewed the Maintenance Contract with
Iowa Radio Service, Inc. , now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA that
the Mayor be authorized to execute the Maintenance Contract with Iowa Radio Service, Inc..
for Two-Way Radio Service for Fiscal Year 1980-1981 .
Passed and adopted this 9th day of June, 1980.
