RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE SALE OF A PARCEL
OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF
BLACK HAWK & 16th STREET IN HAYES1ADDITION AS
JULY 7, 1980 AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE
OF HEARING.
Whereas, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at
7:00 o' clock P.M. , on the 7th day of July, 1980 for the purpose of
considering the sale of a parcel of property generally located at the
intersection of Black Hawk & 16th Streets, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa that
the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time
and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of June, 1980.
