A RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO t?rlin Zevenbergen of 1540

AND AUTHORIZING construction of Ole temporary

IRRESPECTIVE OF A LATER OFFICIAL GRADE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That,
WHEREAS, r1in 4,evenbergen
made written application to the City Council asking that he
be authorized and permitted to construct one temporary concrete driveway
without respect to a permanent
sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on
Unplatted Waterloo ,Vest Com at SW Corner SF SE Section 33 T 39 R 13
th N 158 Ft the 80 Ft th N 15 Ft the 90 Ft th S 173 Ft Th W to rt
of Beg Exc Legal Sts Hwys Sec 33-89-13
known as Westiageway Avenue
and
WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
that said request should be granted, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to .riin
evenberaen to construct- one
temporary concrete driveway at 1540 rest Ridgeway .venue
in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the
subjective understandin and agreement between the City of Waterloo,
Iowa , and the said =''r13n evenDergen
that , should at a later date a permanent formal grade be established for
sidewalk purposes or otherwise, that the said 'lin 4,evenbergen_
of 11.540 west Ridgeway will immediately thereafter,
and at fiis own expense, remove all or whatever portion of temporary
'i-mn^rnte driveway he may have constructed, and re-
build or reconstruct the same in accordance with the permanent grade
as may hereafter be set and established, the work to be done under the
supervision of the City Engineer.
BF IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized and direct-
ed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk
County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County Auditor for
filing in order that this said action may become a matter of official
County Record.
