RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF A DRIVE-UP PUBLIC
TELEPHONE ON PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That, said drive-up public telephone be installed at the following location with
the City to receive 15% commission on the amount of money that is collected in
each of the phones:
Drive-Up Public Telephones
1 . Southeast corner of W. 9th Street and Jefferson Street
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby ordered to certify
a copy of this resolution to Northwestern Bell Company of Waterloo, Iowa.
