RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF $10,886.40 ACCUMULATED SICK
LEAVE AND VACATION PAY TO VINCENT MASSINA, SUPERINTENDENT OF
THE STREET DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of June, 1980, Vincent Massina terminated his
employment with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Vincent Massina has accumulated 960 hours of sick leave and entitled
to payment for same, and
WHEREAS, Vincent Massina has earned and is entitled to 160 hours vacation pay,
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Vincent
Massina be paid the total amount of $10,886.40, being payment in full for above
mentioned sick leave and earned vacation, and that the Finance Director be, and he
is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to Vincent Massina.
Passed and adopted by City Council of 16th day of June, 1980, approved by the
Mayor on 18th day of June, 1980.
