BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That , WHEREAS, Gar Glawe made written application to the City Council asking that be authorized and permitted to construct one temporary asphalt driveway at 163d 1 nngf el l nw AvaniiA without respect to a permanent sidewalk grade when and if the same may be subsequently set on Cloverdale Acres Waterloo S. 60 Feet North 240 Feet W' Lot 13 known as 1638 Longfellow Avenue and WHEREAS, it is the sense of the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, that said request should be granted, now, therefore , BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that permission is hereby granted to Gary L. Glawe to rnnstriiot ona temporary asphalt driveway at 1638 Longfellow Avenue in accordance with the existing contour of the abutting land with the subjective understanding and agreement between the City of Waterloo, Iowa , and the said that , should at a l$e Lclanawa peijtri nenJL�'y �la 'alA"gCr"Nae be established for sidewalk purposes or otherwise , that the said Gaul_ Glawe will immediately thereafter, and at own expense, remove all or whatever portion of empor nad ry &&phait driveway he may have constructe , a re- build or reconstruct the same in accordance with the permanent grade as may hereafter be set and established, the work to be done under the supervision of the City Engineer. BF IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is authorized and direct- ed to forward a certified copy of this resolution to the Black Hawk County Recorder for recording and the Black Hawk County Auditor for filing in order that this said action may become a matter of official County Record.
