RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A FIFTH
AMENDMENT TO THE GRANT AGREElvENT FOR PROJECT NO.
6-19-0094-04, RELATING TO FEDERAL AID IN THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE WATERLOO MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO ,
IOWA, that the Fifth Amendment to the Grant Agreement for
Project No. 6-19-0094-04 dated June 23 , 1980 for Federal Aid
in the development of the Waterloo Municipal Airport , by and
between Federal Aviation Administration, and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa , be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo , Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1980 .
