RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT DATED
MAY 31, 1980 FROM WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING & SURVEYING,
INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR F. Y. 1980
PAVING PROGRAM NO. 1 CONTRACT NO. 1.76, AND AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the F.Y. 1980
Paving Program, No. 1 Contract No. 176 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services, rendered
by the said Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , as shown in their
statement dated May 31, 1980, is $6,944. 16 now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That
Wayne Claassen Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , be paid the sum of $6,944. 16
being payment for the statement dated May 31, 1980, on said contract for
engineering services rendered in connection with the F.Y. 1980 Paving Program
No. 1 Contract No. 176, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director,
be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said Wayne Claassen
Engineering & Surveying, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June. 1980.
