RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED JUNE 11, 1980 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES, &
ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR SHAULIS ROAD IMPROVEMENTS-BRIDGE-FROM STATE HIGHWAY
21 TO RELOCATED U.S. HIGHWAY 218, FEDERAL PROJECT NO. M-6470
(1)--81-07, CONTRACT NO. 200, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , Engineers, Waterloo,
Iowa, have rendered engineering services in connection with the Shaulis Road
Improvements-Bridge-from State Highway 21 to relocated U.S. Highway 218,
Federal Project No. M-6470 (1)--81-07, Contract No. 200 in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the a Dunt of the cost for said engineering services,
rendered by the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , as shown in their
statement dated June 11, 1980 is $2,183.61 now., +herefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $2,183.61 being
payment for the statement dated June 11, 1980, on said contract for
engineering services rendered in connection with the Shaulis Road Improvements-
Bridge-from State Highway 21 to relocated U.S. Highway 218, Federal
Project No. M-6470 (1)--81-07, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, empowered
and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said '"sum and deliver the same
to the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1980.
