RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PAY ESTIMATE NO. 2
DATED MAY 30, 1980FROM CEDAR VALLEY CORPORATION FOR
WORK PERFORMED AND MATERIAL FURNISHED FOR FY 1980 PAVING
PROGRAM NO. 1, CONTRACT NO. 176 AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Cedar Valley Corporation Waterloo, Iowa, has per-
formed work and furnished materials in connection with the FY 1980 Paving
Program No. 1, Contract No. 176, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said services rendered by
the said Cedar Valley Corporation, as shown on Engineer' s statement
dated May 30, 1980, is S188,243.96, now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE/OFF 2 TERLOO, IOWA:
That Cedar Valley Corporation be paid the sum of $188,243.96 being
payment for the statement dated May 30, 1980, on said contract for
services rendered in connection with the FY 1980 Paving Program No. 1,
Contract No. 176 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance
Director, be,and he is hereby, authorized, empowered, and ordered
to draw a warrant accordingly for said sum and deliver the
same to the said Cedar Valley Corporation of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1980.
