RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED JUNE 11, 1980 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES, & ASSOCIATES, INC. ,
ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE AREAWIDE
COMPREHENSIVE SANITARY SEWER STUDY FOR THE METROPOLITAN
AREA OF BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA, AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa, have
rendered engineering services in connection with the Areawide Comprehensive
Sanitary Sewer Study for the Metropolitan Area of Black Hawk County, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services, rendered by
the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , as shown in their statement dated June
11, 1980, is $14,079.72 now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE r1`)' OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That Brice,
Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $14,079. 72 being payment for the
statement dated June 11, 1980 on said contract for engineering services rendered
in cono2ction with the Areawide Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Study for the
Metropolitan area of Black Hawk County, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be, and
he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for
said sum and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , of
Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1980.
