RESOLUTION .APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE
STATEMENT DATED MAY 20, 1980 FROM BRICE,
PETRIDES & ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS,
FOR SERVICES FOR BRIDGE PAINTING & RE-
PAIRS - MULLEN AVENUE BRIDGE, CONTRACT
NO. 15, AND .AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORD-
INGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , Engineers,
Waterloo, Iowa, have rendered engineering services in con-
nection with the Bridge Painting & Repairs - Mullan Avenue
Bridge, Contract No. 15 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering
services, rendered by the Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. ,
as shown in their statement dated May 20, 1980, is $2, 595.66,
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA: That Brice, Petrides & Associates, Inc. , be paid the
sum of $2, 595. 66 being payment for the statement dated May
20, 1980, on said contract for engineering services in con-
nection with the Bridge Painting & Repairs - Mullan Avenue
Bridge, Contract No. 15, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
the Finance Director, be, and he is hereby, authorized, em-
powered and ordered to draw a warrant accordingly for said
sum and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides & Associ-
ates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1980.
