RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED JUNE 11, 1980 FROM BRICE , PETRIDES, &
ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
FOR WEST RIDGEWAY AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROGRAM,
FEDERAL PROJECT NO. M-6500 (504)--81-07, CONTRACT
NO. 12 AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa,
have rendered engineering services in connection with the West Ridgeway
Avenue Bridge Replacement Program, Federal Project No. M-6500 (504)--81-07
Contract No. 12 in the City of Waterloo, Iowa and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services, rendered
by the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , as shown in their statement
dated June 11, 1980 is S218.88 now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That Brice,
Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , be paid the sum of $218.88 being for payment
for the statement dated June 11, 1980, on said contract for engineering services
rendered in connection with the West Ridgeway Avenue Bridge Replacement Program
Federal Project No. M-6500 (504)--81-07, Contract No. 12, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be and he is hereby, authorized,
empowered and ordered to draw a warrent accordingly for said sum and deliver
the same to the said Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1980.
