RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING THE STATEMENT
DATED JUNE 11, 1980 FROM BRICE, PETRIDES, &
ASSOCIATES, INC. , ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR DRY RUN CREEK FLOOD CONTROL WORKS,
CONTRACT NO. 99A AND AUTHORIZING PAYMENT ACCORDINGLY.
WHEREAS, Brice, Petrides, & Associates, Inc. , Engineers, Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, the amount of the cost for said engineering services, rendered by
the said Brice, Petrides,& Assiciates Inc. , as shown in their statement dated
June 11, 1980, is 2,249. 19, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA: That
Brice, Petrides, & Associates Inc. , be paid the sum of $ 2,249. 19 being payment
for the statement dated June 11, 1980, on said contract for engineering
services rendered in connection with the Dry Run Creek Flood Control Works,
Contract No. 99A, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and the Finance Director, be,
and he is hereby, authorized, empowered and ordered to draw a warrant
accordingly for said sum and deliver the same to the said Brice, Petrides, &
Associates, Inc. , of Waterloo, Iowa.
Passed and adopted this 23rd day of June, 1980.
