RESOLUTION .APPROVING THE CONTRACT AND
BOND OF UNITED FIRE AND CASUALTY COM-
PANY, CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, FOR N.H.S.
QUINCY AND MANSON PAVING PROGRAM NO. 1,
CONTRACT NO. 202.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the contract of Cedar Falls Construction Co. , Inc. ,
of Cedar Falls, Iowa, for N.H.S. Quincy and Manson Paving Pro-
gram No. 1 , Contract No. 202, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
signed on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor
and the City Clerk as of the 7th day of July, 1980 , together
with the accompanying bond for the faithful performance of
said contract signed by the United Fire and Casualty Company
of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, as surety thereon, be, and the same
are hereby, approved.
Passed and adopted this 7th day of July, 1980.
