A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
BUDGET BY TRANSFERRING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,500.00 FROM COMPLETION
OF URBAN RENEWAL TO DEMOLITION.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo entered into an Agreement with
the Federal Government approving the Community Development Block Grant
Program and Budget; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are required for the Demolition
Budget Line Item; and
WHEREAS, there are funds available in the Completion of Urban
Renewal Budget Line Item; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WATERLOO, IOWA that the Community Development Block Grant Budget as
previously approved be revised by transferring the sum of $33,500.00
from the "Completion of Urban Renewal" Line Item to the "Demolition"
Line Item.
Passed and adopted this —7M day of July, 1980.
